CheckBook is a Windows application that allows users to store, balance and print their checking account transactions. Checking account transaction information is entered through a simple window interface. The list of transactions is displayed in a format similar to a checkbook register. Transactions can be added, edited or removed anywhere in the list. Account balances are computed and displayed automatically. Account transactions are stored in a CheckBook document file. Each account uses a separate file and multiple accounts can be open at once. Bank information and account holder information is stored with each account, and files can be password protected or read-only protected. CheckBook allows you to easily update and balance your checking account. Simply enter your transactions and compare the balances with your bank’s statement. Create a statement for your account to compare with your bank's monthly statement. CheckBook can also create reports to list outstanding, voided, tax deductible, or expense transactions. You can also make categories of your own for reporting your income and spending. The trial version of CheckBook can be used for 30 days, starting from the date of installation. After the trial period has expired, you will not be able to save or print CheckBook documents with this version of the application. To continue using the CheckBook application after the trial period, you must register your copy. After registering your copy of CheckBook, you simply enter a registration code provided to you to enable all features and remove the trial version reminder messages. Just received my copy of CheckBook 2.3. The program is simple to use and works fine for balancing my checking account. I have used Quicken for years but after a crash I have been unable to restore the data from my backup discs.
I can't save my changes or print any reports; it gives me an error message in something like wing dings. HELP please? thanks. 
This product is excellent. Easy to use. Realistic interface. 
Did not complete the download as I am not looking for trial software (eg. something I have to purchase later) - was seeking a simple check register template -
I just set up this program for my 85 year old mother to use and it is so simple she can use it herself. She is really excited about this program since she doesn't seem to be able to balance her checkbook manually any more. Nice program.

I already have a copy of this software running on another computer. What I wanted to do is switch computers,I gave the old system to my wife. so far I have not been able to make the switch and was looking to just buy it again. I use two computers one in Lake Ann, Michigan and another in Palm Coast, Florida. I like your program but frankly I am also looking at some others as well? Fix me up so I can operate?
